What You'll Do:
- Design Leadership: Develop and implement UI/UX strategies that drive user engagement and achieve product goals.
- User-Centric Design: Advocate for exceptional user experiences, ensuring designs are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing.
- Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
- Prototyping & Testing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while conducting usability tests to refine the user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide and inspire team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of trends to incorporate cutting-edge design practices into our products.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven UI/UX design expertise with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
- Experience conducting usability testing and applying feedback.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
